Date requests are not reservations

This website provides information about Hem Boi and lets you send a date request. Selecting dates or sending a request does not reserve the studio. A direct stay exists only after the host rechecks availability and confirms the dates and terms in writing. You may instead complete a separate reservation through Airbnb.

Pricing

Nightly prices, fees, promotions, minimum-stay requirements and availability can vary by date and guest count. Airbnb displays the current nightly rate and final payable total for an Airbnb booking. For a direct request, only the host’s written offer and confirmation apply.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy displayed by Airbnb applies to an Airbnb reservation. Any direct-stay cancellation terms must be included in the host’s separate written confirmation.

Booking and payment

This website does not accept or process payments. Airbnb handles payments made through Airbnb. A direct payment method, if offered, is agreed separately after written confirmation; selecting dates on this website is never a payment request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
